The city of Provo?? The whole state of Utah is like that - especially when your plates are from California, and you're blowing past some little town. In California they usually don't bother with speeding tickets unless you're 15 miles over the limit. Which, sadly, I sometimes am. Sorry for your loss (of revenue).

whaaaaaaat?? in WA state we learned in driver's ed that they won't pull you over unless you are 8 over. what the heck!!!
