This is the moon of a little-known but increasingly studied celestial body:

I think there might be a few of you out there who might find it interesting. ;)

Okay - so I know what that is! And no offense, but that is not looking so good. No cancer right?!

The moon of the planet Swilua, a celestial body indeed...

no cancer that I know of. they're watching it at Huntsman. this was just from my latest photoshoot and I thought it was hilarious that it was a moon... and it *looked* like a moon...

so no worries.

(and also it may look a little "bad" because I reddened the color so it would look more like a real moon. I didn't want to give away the surprise or anything! ;-)

I'm glad there's an effect on that photo because otherwise, yikers.

so when my husband saw this, he thought it was a real moon. it took him like five minutes to go... "wait... kerry, is that?..."

which made me laugh.

(well, it *is* a real moon, just not the planetary kind. from a celestial body for sure, though. ;)
