they always have. not exactly sure why. somehow, this fact came up during class yesterday. again, not exactly sure why. anyhow, in response to learning this fact, female student shakes her head and says, "You know, that really doesn't surprise me, Kerry."
which I might have found somehow, I dunno, offensive? (I'm fairly straight), incriminating? (I work at BYU), or something else.
if I wasn't laughing so hard.
I love your tag, "Yay for lesbians!"
ReplyDeleteI think EVERYONE likes you!

ReplyDeleteI love you too. hmmmm.
ReplyDeleteI know. I know. It has happened to me twice. And I am not dead yet. I always feel so flattered.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, lesbians love me too.
ReplyDeleteYou are beautiful, sweetheart. Being mormon, I realize you have been surrounded by equally beautiful people your entire life and so miss this essential characteristic of your nature. I'm guessing here, with just a few clues, that you are also painfully sweet, and accept your lesbian students/friends as they are. What the H - e - double chopsticks do you expect?
ReplyDeleteAw. Djinn, you made me blush and feel all fuzzy!
ReplyDeleteSadly I am not "painfully sweet," though. I used to be. When I was young and had big bangs. Now I am cranky and sardonic. But usually people laugh at me instead of hate me for it. I hope.
Do you like Portland? We might move there someday. If we do, you and I will have to have lunch. I even know a few lesbians out there... ;-)
