you've lost 100 pounds? Holy heck. I've lost 80 pounds in the last two years, but I dunno if they really count because that was just what I gained when I got pregnant. (I look the same now as you remember me!)

Secondly, I stand no chance of loosing 100 pounds as I only ever have about 20 quid in my wallet! (no need to applaud)
