you do get pretty sweaty working out in the morning but I go all the time without showering for more than 24 hrs... as long as you do it once during the day whether in the morning or at night, it doesn't matter. Sometimes I go a couple of days without showering...

I'm lucky if my kids will let me shower everyday!
