Anyone have any fantastic anti-rage suggestions?

I use my camera and my blog. I use my camera to take pictures of the messes, then I blog about them. I try to find humour in otherwise enraging situations, and then I blog about it.

When that didn't cut it, I turned to anti-depressants. =P
